BTC-VPN provides prepaid VPN access. plans are one-time purchases for a fixed term — there is no automatic recurring billing. service is provided as-is; we target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
> acceptable use
you may not use the service for: sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, network attacks (DDoS, port scanning of third parties), distributing malware, accessing systems without authorization, child sexual abuse material, or any activity illegal in your jurisdiction. we may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
> accounts
you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. one subscription covers one VPN account; simultaneous device limits follow our upstream network policy.
> payments
payments are processed by third parties (stripe for cards, nowpayments for crypto). we never see or store card numbers or wallet keys. all payments are final — see the refund policy.
> termination
we may terminate accounts that violate these terms. you may stop using the service at any time; unused time on a terminated-for-abuse account is not refunded.
> changes
we may update these terms. continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. material changes will be announced on the site.
