card payments are processed by stripe; crypto payments by nowpayments. payment details never touch our servers. if you want zero payment linkage, pay with a privacy coin such as monero.
> vpn infrastructure
vpn service is delivered over partner infrastructure. your vpn account is identified by a random username generated by us — it is never linked to your email upstream.
> data retention
account data is kept while your account exists. delete your account by contacting support and all associated data is removed.
> disclosure
we cannot hand over data we do not have. we respond to legally binding requests only with the minimal account data described above.
